These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FindInOut. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

FindInOut provides automated website change detection, monitoring, and alerting tools. Features available to you depend on your plan (free or paid). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@findinout.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use FindInOut to monitor sites in violation of applicable law or third-party terms
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service
  • Share login credentials or resell access without our written consent
  • Use the service to harass, scrape personal data unlawfully, or infringe others’ rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Licenses and renewals are handled through our payment partner. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You can cancel future renewals from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Alerts & Accuracy

Monitoring depends on third-party websites, networks, and selectors you configure. We strive for reliable detection but do not guarantee that every change will be captured instantly or that alerts will always be delivered without delay. You remain responsible for verifying critical information on the source sites.

Intellectual Property

FindInOut, its branding, software, and documentation remain our property. You retain ownership of your monitor configurations and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the service.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDINOUT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by nature should survive will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
